If you made your purchase directly from our shop, we will happily offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of your purchase.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition with the labels intact and the garment unworn and unwashed. Please ensure any briefs or lingerie are tried on over your own underwear.

We reserve the right to refuse items where it is apparent this has not been done. We can also not accept returns on lingerie when the pack has been opened.

 

How to Request a Return for an Exchange

To request a return for an exchange, please email us at jmdfashionbrand@gmail.com or telephone +234 916 882 8841 stating your unique invoice number along with your reason for the exchange. This helps us keep track of your items when they reach us and so we can process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Please include a copy of the original invoice or if that is not possible, a note inside the parcel with your name and invoice number

Orders placed Monday through Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 12:00 pm GMT+1 will be shipped the same day. all orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday, over the weekend and on federal or provincial statutory holidays will be shipped the following business day starting at 8:00 am GMT+1.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking number.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. a 15% restocking fee may also apply.
